Meet the team
Nick has been servicing the hospitality and retail business for over 20 years. His experience goes back much further as both parents were at the forefront of retail solutions (‘cash registers’ in those days) selling Casio & Sharp cash registers, photo copiers and fax machines! In 2005 he took over the business and along with a small team, continues to pride himself, and his team, in offering the same honest, down to earth, good old-fashioned service that his family had always upheld. A personal goal is to ensure that every customer he meets is given the most relevant service, sale and support available in the industry at good value with honesty and integrity.
Matt started in the industry in 1999 as a junior service engineer, servicing electro-mechanical machines such as those in Arkwright Stores! He then progressed on to fixing main boards, printers, displays and screens and was invited to Toshiba TEC to train the manufacturer how to fix their own type face motor! He can service and repair all types of Uniwell, Sharp, Casio & TEC tills but is now mainly involved in programming and site installations. Essentially, Matt looks after the service side of the business so if you have a support query or technical issue, Mat is the guy to speak to.

We know that the hospitality industry isn't a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm service, therefore, we offer a fully comprehensive support service which can be tailored to your needs. As standard all of our systems are covered by a 7-days a week, 9.30am to 10.30pm telephone & online support service.
